Fluvius GmbH Appointed as Minicam Group Dealer for Germany

Minicam Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Fluvius GmbH as a German dealer for the Minicam Group range of pipeline inspection, maintenance, and rehabilitation equipment. Fluvius will become the exclusive German dealer for Sewertronics products and Minicam Proteus® mainline and lateral crawlers and non-exclusive dealers for Dancutter equipment and SOLO PRO+® push cameras, supported with on-site demonstrations, aftercare service, repair, and spare parts for all brands within the Minicam Group.

The Story

In early 2024 Minicam Group were actively recruiting for a sales manager to support and develop their German customer base, when by a turn of fate at the WWETT Show; Minicam Group Managing Director Stephen Harris ran into Sven Breitenfeld, Sales Director of Fluvius GmbH. From a brief conversation it transpired that Sven was looking to grow the range of products and service he could offer to his customers. It was a golden opportunity for both parties to forge the perfect partnership.

Established in 2007 and based in Meerbusch, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany; Fluvius GmbH now have 27 employees and sell products for the trenchless rehabilitation of underground sewage, service and wastewater pipes, as well as for in-house rehabilitation.

Excited to start promoting Minicam Group products in Germany, Fluvius Sales Director Sven Breitenfeld commented “Minicam Group sustainability values harmonize with our vision to supply products that last for many years, that we can repair and offer on-site support to ensure proper use”. He added, “We are proud to have the trust and long-term customer relationships of over 2.500 Fluvius customers to whom we can now offer total pipeline inspection solutions from the three brands of the Minicam Group”. Before joining Fluvius some 4 years ago, Sven was International Sales Manager of the original Mini-Cam Ltd; before Halma acquired it and formed the now Minicam Group. He commented, “My heart still beats for Minicam, and I am thrilled to be able to share with my customers the industry-renowned quality products and highly respected aftercare and customer service provided by the group”.

He added “Fluvius already have in-house service skills for Sewertronics products, and we are currently training their technicians for Minicam and Dancutter servicing and repair in order to support our German customers. Additionally, at the upcoming IFAT exhibition in Munich, we will be taking the opportunity to introduce some of Fluvius' customers to the group.”
