Minicam Acquires DCR Inspections Systems Ltd.

Minicam are pleased to announce the acquisition of DCR Inspection Systems Ltd., based in Pontyclun, Wales.

DCR has been a trusted UK rental, service, and distribution partner of Minicam since 2018, and this next step builds on a strong partnership rooted in shared values, complementary capabilities and a clear focus on customer service. By bringing DCR into the Minicam Group, Minicam is expanding its service capabilities and strengthening the range of solutions available to customers — from hire and rental through to service, technical support, and equipment ownership. The acquisition further enhances Minicam’s ability to keep customers operational, flexible and fully supported across the UK wastewater and drainage market.

“We’ve been a rental and service partner of Minicam since 2018, and we’re excited to take the next step in our partnership. It’s very much business as usual — the same products, the same team, and the same great service for the UK wastewater and drainage market.”
